Chicken Walnut
   Served on a bed of European greens tossed with Oriental sesame dressing topped with    marinated grilled chicken breast. Dressed with mandarin oranges, caramelized walnuts,    diced tomatoes, and crispy wanton strips.

Chicken Tostado

Crisp flour tortilla topped with refried beans, tossed salad, our special fajita chicken, stir fried with assorted peppers and onions, topped with diced tomato, sliced olives, sour cream green onions, and tortilla strips, served with salsa.

Spring Blue Pear Salad

Spring greens tossed with light vinagrette, topped with grilled chicken breast, fresh pear, tomato wedges, blue cheese crumbles and caremalized walnuts.

Crunchy Chicken Salad   (sorry, we cannot half this one)
Crispy deep fried chicken on a bed of greens topped with bacon, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, hard-boiled egg and your choice of dressing.

Chicken Caesar

Served on a bed of crisp romaine. Tossed with creamy Caesar dressing, croutons and fresh grated Parmesan cheese and topped with a grilled boneless chicken breast.

Cobb Salad   (sorry, we cannot half this one)
An old stand-by! Diced tomatoes, avocado, turkey, egg, chopped bacon and blue cheese crumbles, served on a bed of European greens served with your choice of dressing.

Bangel Salad   (sorry, we cannot half this one)
Diced chicken, mandarin oranges, pineapple, water chestnuts, sugar peas, all tossed with a creamy curry dressing, topped with pine nuts, served on a bed of European greens with tomato wedges.
